At Pharmabox Systems, protecting your personal data is a priority.
When you use the Preskri application (hereinafter “the application”), we collect personal data about you. The purpose of this policy is to inform you about how we process this data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter “GDPR”).
The data controller is Anthony Custodio, represented by Pharmabox Systems, SAS, registered with the RCS of Pontoise under number 921774170, with its registered office at 23 bis Avenue des Marais 95130 Franconville (hereinafter “We”).
Personal data is data that allows an individual to be identified directly or by cross-referencing with other data.
We store the following data explicitly provided by the user:
None of the collected data is ever analyzed or shared with third parties. The data only allows the user to use the application.
Data is retained for a period of 3 years from the first use of the application. As soon as the user deletes their data, it is also deleted.
All of the above-mentioned data is stored on O2Switch servers.
The rest of the user’s information is stored on the internal memory of their device or on their personal iCloud account.
